Candle Making Magic | Event T's and C's 


Connect, Create & Candles 
These candle making events are hands-on, so make sure you are ready to dive right in and get creative.

Each person will create two scented coconut wax candles to take home.

A range of Koa Kandles will be on display and available for purchase during the workshop if any take your fancy. EFTPOS is available too

Ticket to Fun
Once payment is received, you will be sent a email ticket. This is your golden pass so make sure to bring it along, either in print or on your phone.

To make sure everyone has a blast, we kindly ask that only paid participants attend. Space is limited, so it's all about spreading the love to those who've signed up.

Safety First
Keeping you & our environment safe and sound is #1, so please follow our safety instructions during the workshop.

Most Ages Welcome
Everyone over 12 is invited! Kiddos should bring along a grown-up to join in on the fun.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we get it. If you can't make it, just give us a heads-up as soon as you can before the event, and we'll sort you a credit towards a future session.

Photos and Memories
We want to capture the creativity in action, so we will be snapping shots during the event for social media. If you'd rather not be in the spotlight, just let us know.

Workshop Materials
All materials and equipment will be provided, you just have to turn up!

Our creative station will be overflowing with arts and crafts to add extra wow to your candles, but I also encourage you to look around in nature between now and the workshop to find some treasures to decorate your candle.

Please respect our venue like you would your own home and be mindful of your fellow candle makers.

Allergies
Please let us know as soon as you can if you have any allergies or sensitivities to fragrance, essential oils or any other wax products.

The odd time we may need to make changes to the workshop schedule, venue, or content. You will be notified in advance of these changes.

To keep the creative juices flowing, A glass of Champagne or orange juice and light snacks are also included during the event.

We will have candles on display and available for purchase during the workshop if any take your fancy. We also have EFTPOS available.
