The spider plant or properly known as the Chlorophytum Comosu is considered one of the most adaptable of houseplants and the easiest to grow. This plant can grow in a wide range of conditions and suffers from few problems, other than brown tips.

The spider plant is named because of its spider-like plants, or spiderettes, which dangle down from the mother plant like spiders from a web

With long light green and white leaves, I love the spider plant for the unique pop it gives when added to a plant collection. 

As a all-rounder, The spider plant is perfect for hanging pots, courtyard or deck planters and equally in pots kept in low lit rooms indoors. Spider Plants like to be kept in lower tempertures making them a great addition over winter!

The Spider Plant its hearty! It thrives in indirect sunlight & doesnt like to be watered regularly - it prefers to dry out inbetween waters. Now we are coming into the winter months, this indoor plant will need minimal TLC.
